Executive Board is divided into nine departments, and is prepared for following programs:

1. Continuing education: Programs for Scientific Annual Meeting, Study and training meeting of each field, etc.

2. Publishing: Programs for publishing monthly Journal "IGAKUKENNSA" and publication of professional books, etc.

3. Research: Programs for Quality control, Standardization, etc.

4. Public relations: negotiations to related organizations , etc.

5. System regulations: Programs for approval and education system for technologists, etc.

6. Information: Programs for Advertisement, Home page, Survey of membership, etc.

7. General affairs: Programs for membership management, Direction of the meetings, correspondence to the regional societies, etc.

8. International affairs: Programs for interchange with foreign countries, Cooperation to developing countries, etc.

9. Accounting: Programs for Budget and closing accounts, etc.
