1.	Biological and chemical analysis testing(including clinical chemistry tests, immunological tests, tests for environmental substance, tests for poison and drug, and DNA analysis.)
2.	Physiological function testing(including nervous system tests, function tests, and imaging examination)
3.	Morphological testing (including cytotechnology, histotechnology, urine sediment, hematomorphology, chromosome analysis, and tests for embryology.)
4.	Infection and immune testing(including microbiological and virus tests, tests for parasitology, tests for immunology, blood transfusion tests, and tests for tissue transplantation.)
5.	Total quality management (including laboratory management, quality control, instrument management, and laboratory information management.)

1)	The general meeting is held under the attendance of all members twice a year.
2)	The meeting of representatives of 47 prefectures is held once a year.
3)	The meeting of Board of directors is held nearly six times a year.
4)	The meeting of Executive directors is held nearly twelve times a year.
5)	Other necessary meetings are held under the attendance of members selected to perform each event when needed.
